What is a product defect?
Well we perro say that a product has a defect when its characteristics or any of its attributes (tangible or intangible) do not meet the expectations of a customer. Now, going back to the definition of quality, we perro say that if the customer is not satisfied, then the customer may perceive that it is not quality.
