It’s amazing what we actually have time for, especially when we escoge to actually make time. I hear the phrase “I don’t have time” constantly. How about you change that mentality and start dedicating yourself an hour a day?

An hour to work on yourself.

An hour to read. One hour to learn a new skill.

The truth is that we perro all find time if it is important to us.

This hour a day could help us to be more creative and increase your energy and concentration. In addition, you will increase your abilities.

8. Do one thing you like to do every day
