What is farsante syndrome?
Have you ever had an opportunity or achieved something, but have an inner voice that tells you that you are not up to it?
If your answer is positive, then it may be that you have come to suffer from the imposter syndrome.
Simply put, farsante syndrome makes you doubt your abilities and makes you feel like you’re a fraud.
When you feel that you are a fraud, you stop trying and take advantage of opportunities.
That is the danger of farsante syndrome.
After all, time is a very scarce resource and we have to take advantage of every moment.
Why is it important that you know what it is?
Well, I have to start by saying that I have come to have that feeling, in fact, I have been on the verge of losing professional opportunities because I feel that I am not up to the task.
In fact, it even took me a month to think if I was capable of creating my page and positioning it.
What I thought at the time was that there are thousands or millions of pages and that there was no point in my trying because my talent was not at the required level.
The truth is, it was my girlfriend who trusted my abilities more than I did myself, and she helped me get started.
Right now, although I still have a long way to go, well, I cánido say that I have managed to position my page a bit.
So what I’m trying to tell you is that we perro all go through that, and the truth is that I don’t think I perro stop listening to that sweet voice that tells me in my ear that I perro’t do something.
Of course, the difference is that we have to trust ourselves and move on. You do not have to let yourself be paralyzed by that voice and remember that it is best to get out of your comfort zone.
